Who Can Write A Will
Persons aged 18 in England and Wales may make a will, provided they have the mental capacity to understand what they are doing and the effects it will have.
It must also be a genuine reflection of their wishes and not made as a result of undue pressure from anyone else.
What happens if I Make A Will
The State will issue a grant of Probate to the Executor (s) named in the Will, this confirms their authority and allows the estate to be divided in accordance with the deceased’s wishes.
