A Mirror Will is two separate Wills that replicate the majority of wishes of each partner for each other. For instance, I leave the car to my wife and in her Will she leaves it to her husband.
They also can work in tandem so that gifts are cross-referenced. For instance, you both may want to record a ten thousand gift to a shared Executor on death, but you would not want him to be paid on two separate occasions when you both die.
