This product is suitable for anyone who is leaving the country for a set period of time and wants to install an attorney to look after their affairs whilst they are away.
This should not be confused with The Property and Financial Affairs Lasting Power of Attorney that grants authority for any number of occasions you are away, and can also be used in anticipation of a person becoming unable to handle their own affairs permanently.
